Apple Computer Repair
The TechHUB is pleased to announce a repair service for your Apple computers. Convenience and simplicity represent the primary focus for this service, and we believe that you will be impressed with its quality.
The Apple Computer Repair Service works as follows:

To expedite the trouble shooting process we ask that you please contact Apple Repair Services at 800-767-2775. The Apple technician maybe able to resolve the situation over the phone thereby relieving you of a trip to the repair station. If the Apple technician is unable to rectify the situation over the phone simply bring your problem equipment to the TechHUB, along with the CASE NUMBER provided to initiate the service process.

Armed with your description of the problem, PROOF OF PURCHASE and CASE NUMBER our staff will initiate a Service Order. By providing your proof of purchase indicating that an AppleCare warranty is in effect, it will only be necessary to complete the Service Order. Your completed service order will be immediately placed in our repair queue. (Should we subsequently identify that an item in need of repair is not covered by the warranty, there will be a minimum service fee of $73 for that item. This fee will apply toward the overall cost of repair for that item.)

If you do not possess a current AppleCare warranty, there will be a minimum service fee of $73. This fee will apply toward the overall cost of repair. (With our ongoing commitment to maximizing your price advantage through dealing with the TechHUB, this rate can be compared to fees of $100 - $150 in the general marketplace. Should your equipment be found irreparable, it is important to understand that the minimum fee is required to perform the necessary diagnosis.)

APPLE LIMITED WARRANTY does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse misuse, misapplication, or non-Apple products. A $73.00 minimum service fee will be applied to all non Apple warranty repairs.

Repair drop-off days will be Tuesday and Friday of each week. Approximately two business days of completing your original Service Order, you will be contacted via email for approval of the recommended repair and total cost. Please respond via email.
Turnaround for standard repair service is approximately five business days.

Please make a backup copy of all data on your hard drive. The TechHUB is not responsible for any lost data.
