UC Davis Table Olives: Lemon Citrus
The UC Davis Olive Center aims to keep the campus community connected to the California olive oil and table olive industry. For this reason the center has released an exciting line of UC Davis Sicilian-style table olives. These brine-cured olives come in three delicious varieties: Sicilian Spiced, Gourmet Garlic and Lemon Citrus. This product line was made possible by generous donations from West Coast Products and Penna Gourmet Olives in Orland, CA. West Coast Products, producer of specialty olive products and brine-cured olives since 1937, donated Sevillano olives, cured in brine for nine months. Penna Gourmet Olives, a gourmet olive producer for more than 30 years, donated their services in marinating and bottling the olives.
All proceeds fund the UC Davis Olive Center and support the continued partnership between UC Davis and California table olive and olive oil producers.
