All merchandise ordered online must be returned within 14 days of the ship date printed on the packing slip. Unless stated otherwise (i.e. items listed as non-returnable), the following return policies apply to all items ordered online.
The UC Davis Bookstore is commited to excellent customer service. If for some reason you need to return or exchange your merchandise please follow the guidelines below. All merchandise must be received in new, salable condition (tags should still be attached) for a replacement or credit to be issued. In the case of a refund, credit will only be issued to the account that was used to place the order. Software and other shrinkwrapped items are non-returnable if opened, however defective merchandise may be replaced (see below).
All returns will require prior authorization. To initiate a return please contact us or stop by the UC Davis Bookstore.
An original receipt or packing slip is required with all returns. Be sure to include the reason for the return or exchange. Please use FedEx, UPS and/or purchase insurance when returning items, for your own protection.
The UC Davis Bookstore reserves the right to refuse any refund or return.
